Recently the famous UK News paper Columnist and Radio amp; Television columnist, Libby Purves, decided that she ought to sell off a pied a terre in London which she and her family had had for a few years, but were no longer using frequently enough to justify the trouble of its upkeep.brbrWith a hectic working schedule, Libby needed to sell off of the home with the minimum of disruption and time consumption.brbrOver the period of quite a few months, she tried without success to attract a serious buyer who had the wherewithal and the real drive to follow through the transaction and conclude a purchase of the home. maybe itrsquo;s fair to say that Libby may have suffered somewhat from being a publicly known figure, and probably attracted viewers who were just curious to see a famous personrsquo;s home.brbrThe 1st potential buyer could not raise or borrow the necessary down payment, the 2nd one unexpectedly came into enough money to buy something much grander for cash, another potential buyer wanted to buy the home as a buy to let opportunity, and laboured under the delusion that he would be able to raise a 100% mortgage on the home.brbrAfter weeks of this turning into months of raised amp; subsequently dashed hopes, Libby suddenly remembered reading about Fast House Buyers , and decided to approach one, and challenge them to live up to their claims and ldquo;a href=http://www.ukpb.co.uk target=’_blank’Buy My House/ardquo;. These Fast House Buyers certainly moved very quickly, and could have very easily completed the sale within the week that they claim. Regrettably, there were several snags relating to the leasehold of the home, and the freeholder proved to be very difficult to contact. These caused a few delays which held up the deal, but none of them were attributable to the a href=http://www.ukpb.co.uk target=’_blank’Quick House Buying Company/arsquo;s side of things.brbrThe Quick Home Buying Company paid libby 85% of the home value, and in spite of all the frustrating glitches caused by the leasehold problems, and their being made worse by the elusiveness of the Freeholder, not once did the Fast House Buyers threaten to backing out of the deal.brbrAs for the 15%, or as Libby herself put it the ldquo;few thousand quidrdquo; discount that she had to give in order to sell to any of the a href=http://www.ukpb.co.uk target=’_blank’Fast House Buyers/a; it was in the cold light of day just an imaginary home bounce which was proving extremely difficult, or just about impossible to realise. Using one of the Fast House Buyers or Cash House buyers was well worth it to Libby, to bring to an end a very frustrating, time consuming and seemingly endless problem.br
